首先要知道PTE写作部分essay的作答时间为20分钟，在这段时间内，需要审好题，理清楚思路，并想好合适的英文表达，往往时间压力是比较大的。如果我们能把大部分常考题目都理一遍思路并且想好表达，我们考试的时候遇到原题或类似的题会游刃有余。

以下是这篇写作的题目：

The advanced medical technology will expand human’s life. Do you thinkit is a blessing or a curse?   

遇到这题需要先分析题目问的是什么，是医疗科技的好坏还是人类寿命延长的好坏？往往有一部分同学没审好题便直接开始写作，可能会导致答题不明确、文章逻辑不清楚，那么提高审题能力的最好办法就是把他翻译成中文，方便理解。翻译如下：

先进的医疗科技以后会延长人类寿命，（这件事情）你认为是好是坏？ 

因此，这道题的侧重点是人类寿命的延长，我们理解清楚问题，便能据此提出两个合适的论点。

该题型比较推荐写的结构是一边倒，论点句为：“我认为医疗科技延长人类寿命是好事，因为原因1和原因2。”

或者：“我认为医疗科技延长人类寿命是坏事，因为原因1和原因2。”

第一种观点的论点如下 

是好事，因为人们可以为社会做出更多贡献             

People can make greatercontribution to the society

可以跟家人在一起更长久    

We can spend more time with our families.

因为我们可以更好地享受生活     

We can better enjoy ourlife           

有时间学更多的技能              

We can acquiremore sophisticated skills (a variety of skills)

第二种观点的论点如下

是坏事，因为加重了政府养老的压力

Our government will bear more financial burden

会消耗更多不可再生资源

Consume more non-renewable resources   

会虚度光阴    

Waste your time

因为加剧了就业的竞争

cause fierce competitions of employment amongyoungsters

会激化贫富阶层的矛盾，影响社会稳定

Intensify theconflicts between the rich and the poor (the advantaged and the disadvantaged),creating social uneven   inequality  

对年轻人赡养老人造成压力

Create financialburden for young people

接下来可以套用一个模板

Nowadays, the eagerof humans to prolong their lifespan has attracted numerous controversiesand drawn attention from the public. Undoubtedly, there are variousconsequences that will arise for citizens. Personally, I believe that先进医疗提高人类的寿命是好事（这是个好事），因为1.2

As far as 论点1名词 isconcerned, it is commonly acknowledged that 论点1. This is because,according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics,  For example… As a result, 总结论点1

Another major factor is 论点2名词. It isnoteworthy that 论点2. This is because… For instance, I personally witness that… whichhas a significant influence on me … Therefore, 论点2总结

In conclusion, having considered all the arguments above, I am firmlyconvinced that 复述论点1和论点2

接下来我们把两段body的举例部分单独拿出来示范一下怎么去举例:

假设论点1给出的是“这是好事，因为可以帮助我们实现梦想”

论点1 opportunities to realize dreams

举例： I personally witnessed that 例子, which has asignificant influence on me.

My old brother does not have theopportunity for university education, but with increased longevity, he will beable to accumulate enough money and knowledge required for a university. Hiscase has a significant influence on me.

假设论点2给的理由是促进养老产业的经济发展

论点2 economic development of aged care related industries

举例：For example, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics,compared to 20 years ago, there is a ten-percent (10%) increase of employeesworking in age care related industries, and this figure is likely to keepincreasing. This leads to an economic development of aged care services.

我们现在解决了introduction段落和body段落的举例部分，在全文中需要组织语言的部分就基本完成了。同学们在备考这个题型的时候一定要多写，因为想出的观点不一定能够写下来。遇到表述困难的时候可能需要稍微改变英文的表达，如果发现写出来非常困难，不妨换掉难以表述的观点，而去想一些好表达的好拓展的观点。
