About the role

This is an initial 6-month full time position (or part-time position pending further discussion) with the opportunity for a permanent extension. This role is appropriate for a student or recent graduate wanting some practical work experience prior to undertaking the final year of his/her degree or having recently completed their degree. You will be trained to deliver support and system administration to our Account Managers in all aspects of recruitment delivery - from Marketing and Attraction, through all stages of selection. Additionally, Fusion also delivers graduate development training programs for clients – in which the successful graduate will have exposure in all aspects. We are looking for someone who has a passion and interest in the Recruitment and Development industry.

About You

This opportunity will suit a switched-on graduate/intern who is an energetic and  proactive individual. You will thrive in a strong team-based environment, but also demonstrate accountability in delivering key results individually. Please note, we are looking for someone who is motivated to gain real experience in the industry by undertaking a real role. You will display excellent attention to detail, be computer savvy, and of course have excellent communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or have Australian Permanent Residency. This role is in Melbourne so you will need to be based in Melbourne.
