Lotussmart Accountants is a boutique accounting firm(www.Lotussmart.com.au) seeking a part-time Marketing Officer to organise campaigns and develop marketing strategies of the firm. 

Based in South East suburb of Melbourne, Lotussmart is rapidly growing and have built a strong reputation for the quality of advice and services.

The position will report directly to the CEO of the practice and will engage actively in developing and exploring new client base.

Basic Responsibilities:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of all marketing activities

- Set and maintain marketing strategies for the practice

- Develop creative and professional solutions  in the digital marketing areas

- Design and implement marketing and lead generation activities

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients through a variety of mediums - email, direct mail, events and social media

- Develop and implement a social media strategy

- Website updates

- Develop marketing collateral

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in professional services industry would be an advantage

- Previous experience in digital marketing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Indesign, social media platforms and online applications (CRM tools, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, Mailchimp etc.)

- Graphic design skills would be preferable
