各位学霸们好，今天黄老师来跟大家聊一下：如何迅速的提升阅读的替换词反应力。

很多同学在做阅读题目的时候，定位速度非常慢且容易出错。归根结底就是对于替换词反应力不到位。其实这并不意味着这些词你们不认识，而是没有办法在很快的时间做出判断。

同学们可以试想一下，在考试定位信息点的时候，往往扫完一行文字之需要1-2秒时间，而一行有10-20个字，所以眼睛平均在每个字上停留的时间只有0.1秒左右而已；而在这0.1秒的时间内如果反应不过来该词为题干词替换，那么眼睛就扫过去了。

阶段一：词对词

所以，这就回到刚才说的练习重点了，如何提升替换词反应力呢？

黄老师在课上一般来说会进行两个阶段的训练：

阶段1 - 词对应词的判断力；在这个阶段同学们需要达到‘不假思索’；即看到一个词了以后能够不需要思考的找到它在另一组的替换词，比如：

locate reject

pair 208BC

opposition remove

ancient situate

take out two

同学们可以试试；能不能不假思素的把这五组替换词连接起来呢？

阶段二：词对句子

阶段2 - 词对句子的判断力；因为我们看到的文章都是以句子的形式存在的；所以同学们必须能够在一句话中迅速的挑出题干核心词的替换词。这个阶段需要控制在每句话2-3秒左右做出判断，比如：

题干核心词：damager + on purpose

文章句子：The boat was not a wreck, but had been deliberately discarded, dismantled and broken.

目标：30秒内找到这5个词在句中的替换（最好成绩：11秒）

词组：

1. held 2. unpleasant taste 3. raise 4. manufacture 5. put together

句子：

1. They evolved to recognize only a few basic tastes in order to quickly identify toxins, which in nature are often quite bitter or acidly sour.

2. The various parts of the Falkirk Wheel were all constructed and assembled like one giant toy building set at Butterley Engineering’s Steelworks.

3. the remaining 11 meters of lift needed to reach the Union Canal is achieved by a means of a pair of locks.

4. In 2002, on the tenth anniversary of the discovery, the Dover Bronze-Age Boast Trust hosted a conference.

同学们如果想自己练习，可以自行进行类似的训练（会比较麻烦）；即只定位不做题；即：找到题干中所有在文章出现的核心词（注意：并非全部词都会在文章出现）。同时记录自己的判断时间和判断词的数量；得到一个平均速度，并且每周监测该速度是否有提升；通过这样的方式来定量练习。

同学们千万不要小看了这样练习的重要性；因为很多人在练习阅读时会忽略时间的重要性；每一题都花了过多的时间，而考试的时候是没有这么多时间的。但是如果大家有专门练习过替换词反应力，那么考试的时候一定能游刃有余的高质量做完所有题目的（甚至还有时间检查）。
