在周一的布里斯班新生见面会上，一位本科UQ CS的学生Y问：
“ 我目前绩点很好，毕业后很可能读研，现阶段想要找实习积累些实践经验。可是很多实习时2-3天／周，我学习任务也挺多的，时间真不多，那么我找实习是否会影响我的绩点和后续读研呢？“
问题总结来说是：
实习会收获经验，但是实习会牺牲一部分学习的时间。还值得投入实习吗？
分析下这个问题：
1. 对很多人来说，毕业是否会读研是相对久之后才能够做的决定。在读书期间保持开放性是很有必要的，尝试即使失败也能收获一个排除选项，同时会让之后做的决定更笃定。
2. 学习的成绩不由时间决定。研究生用的学习方法一定和本科不一样，同样的方法是很难应对更高要求的学习任务的。时间压缩的情况下，可能是你获得新技能提高效率的机会。多和你身边实习朋友沟通下心得。
以下是我们的具体建议：
1. 去和HR沟通：实习也是有沟通空间的。可以和雇主沟通非常想加入这家公司，但是时间少，有没有接受更少时间的实习 or 部分远程的可能性
2. 小成本尝试：很多实习也是有试用期，你可以在试用期里去做小成本尝试，看你能不能在学习和实习建立一个新的平衡
