 Sales Consultant 

Location: Auburn, Sydney

Reporting to the Centre Manager you will be the face of ASG for our existing and prospective members in the Auburn, NSW office. You will build relationships by phone and conduct presentations face to face to discuss the benefits of planning and saving for a child's educational future. You will need to work some nights and weekends to meet with families, in return we offer flexible hours.

Requirements:

1. Collect referrals from membersGenerate leads from your network and events

2. Convert calls to in-home presentations

3. Conduct in-home presentations on weeknights and weekends

4. Enrol new children to ASG's financial programs

5. Contribute to the team's success

6. Must have regular access to a vehicle and a driver's licence

 Digital Planner 

Location: Melbourne

You be also be responsible for the successful delivery of these campaigns – from campaign setup, optimization and management to the day to day reporting to clients.

Position Responsibilities

1. Assist the Client Partner / Director and Strategist on the overall strategic direction and delivery of client campaigns – be it from a consumer, data or performance perspective

2. Ensure the successful setup of all client campaigns – including keyword research, campaign creation and audience upload across a number of platforms

3. Ensure the successful optimization of all client campaigns – including reviewing campaign performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client and strategist

4. Responsible for ensuring reporting and trafficking is carried out to the highest standards – as well as delivery of commentary, insights and actions to the client on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis

5. Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meeting

6. Work with an attitude of ‘it’s up to me to make it happen

7. Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well

8. Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility

Key Experience & Attributes

• At least 1.5 years within digital performance agency responsible for delivering against performance targets

• Strong technical skills

• Excellent knowledge and passion for digital

• Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships

• Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

• Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues

• Able to work collaboratively across teams
