Administrator/ Receptionist


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reception duties including answering phones and greeting clients who attend the office, taking messages and distributing them where necessary.

  • Prepare Coffee/Tea for clients(when necessary) for boardroom meetings

  • Open the office in the mornings 9am sharp

  • Typing and preparation of day-to-day correspondence. Great letter writing skills will be looked upon favourably.

  • Filing

  • Inputting of database information (sales and rental) into computer system as instructed

  • Under instructions from Sales Consultants organise:

  • Typing of the proposed Agency Agreement and marketing schedules as required

  • Uploading and advertising properties where required

  • Editorial Submissions

  • Property Brochures

  • Mail Outs

  • Dispatching property settlement information to Conveyancers

  • Maintaining and filing all legally required and appropriate documentation

  • Arranging for removal of sign boards

  • Prepare Contract/Form 1's and annexure as requested

  • Maintain Sales CRM letters (knowledge of REX preferred)

  • Maintaining the office in a neat and tidy manner

  • Updating Company Website

  • Update and maintain Company social media

  • General administration duties requested day to day


  Skills and Experience:


  • Experienced in a Real Estate office administration role preferred

  • To provide a high level of customer service to clients and assist with day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties as required

  • Neat and suitably dressed; Must have a friendly, approachable attitude

  • Fun team environment

Key Responsibilities:


  • Designing and managing quality online marketing creative including:

    • Web Design – graphics, content & layout

    • Social Media – Facebook, Instagram & YouTube

  • Display Advertising

  • Email Newsletters

  • Designing quality offline marketing including Brochures, Event Materials, Posters and Displays

  • Developing videos for use as advertising, YouTube & online content

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns including design, creation, implementation and evaluation


Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)

  • Experience with WordPress

  • Increasing the presence of our clients brand through their McLaren Vale cellar door as well as in the Fujian province.

  • Marketing - including a presence on Chinese social media platforms


  • You will have high attention to detail as your role will include reporting both your activities and sales reports through to your direct manager

  • You will also need to have be proficient in written communication for both English and Mandarin

To be successful for this role, you would have obtained your qualified degree in accounting or be near completion of your degree. CPA or CA accreditation will be encouraged and supported.

  • Developing knowledge and competence in the use of civil engineering standards and software including AutoCAD and 12D


  Key Requirements:


  • Willingness to learn and become proficient in new design software including 12D (highly regarded), AutoCAD, Drains, Music and Storm
