Bridge Toyota is the largest Toyota Dealer in the Northern Territory, with a great company culture and a focus of putting the customer first. We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior IT Assistant for an immediate start.

About You

To be successful in this position you'll need to be motivated, have a positive attitude and be a great communicator.

The Role

If you've been looking for a start in IT this is the job for you. You'll get to learn about networks, hardware, and IP phone systems.

• To provide support to Bridge Toyota's IT Manager

• To provide front line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email. 

• To support Bridge Toyota users face to face and remotely. 

• To maintain a high degree of customer service.

• To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues.

• Respond to enquiries and help resolve any hardware or software problems. 

• Install and maintain any hardware or software required for Bridge Toyota's Operations

• Carry out testing of equipment as required.

• Any other relevant tasks or duties as directed. 

• Previous experience in a similar role will be desired but not necessary as on the job training will be provided.

• NT Manual Drivers License  required
