Nexia represents a network of solutions-focused accountancy and consulting firms in Australia and New Zealand supported by Global links to Nexia International. We offer a full service accounting solution with 11 experienced Partners and an enthusiastic team of almost 80 staff. The successful candidate will join our administration / client services team based in our Melbourne CBD office. 


We are looking for an EA to provide support to two Partners and work in a Client Service administrative and office support role. In addition this role assists in the management of our exciting marketing and event campaigns.


The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Extensive daily diary, correspondence and email management;

  • Administrative support to our Corporate Advisory team;

  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders; 

  • Overflow from other CSC team members, including Tax Administration support;

  • design and distribution of firm newsletters (print and online) ensuring effective branding; and

  • extensive organisation of firm events for clients and staff, including industry seminars.


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar CSC, PA or EA role within professional services;

  • be keen to grow your marketing and event campaign knowledge;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Meticulous attention to detail;

  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar highly regarded;

  • Experience with electronic document management systems, such as Virtual Cabinet; 

  • Driven and self-motivated;

  • Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required; and

  • Resilient and mature outlook.
