Cullen Bay Resorts are looking for a Public Area Cleaner for our two properties in Cullen Bay. Overlooking the Cullen Bay Marina, this holiday resort in Darwin is looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join the team. In this hands on role your responsibilities will include cleaning both buildings public areas, keeping all lobbies,receptions, lifts and public facilities (such as building restrooms, telephone area, the front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition. To be successful in this role applicants must have physical mobility and a good level of fitness is required. Applicants must have the ability to follow instruction, be detail-oriented, maintain a professional attitude, and have the ability to work independently and with a high attention to detail. The property is open 7 days a week and applicants must be available to work a roster across this period. This is a casual position offering roughly 25 hours a week. Place/地點： Mundulla (Near the Bordertown)

Wages： $23.66/hr + super (including pay slips、2nd visa counted)

薪資：時薪$23.66/hr + 退休金(包含薪資單、二簽)

Work hours: Monday- Friday, some time Saturday, depending on the orders. Start 8.00am - 5.00 pm. Approximately 38hrs per week or more.

上班時數：周一至週五，早上八點到下午五點，週六有時會上班，視訂單而訂，一週約38小時或是更多

Accomodation : Accommodation is in Bordertown and we will try to arrange transport if you don't have own vehicle. Backpacker accommodation is $20.00 deposit for the key and $90.00-110.00 per week (all bill included). It's 20 km to factory but better to live in Bordertown as you can walk to supermarket ,and all the workers also stay there.

住宿：可安排住宿在Bordertown但不綁住宿，一週$90-110有wifi，另外需付$20是鑰匙押金，宿舍距離工廠20公里，有車最好，沒有車的話會安排接送（有接送費），住在Bordertown可以用走路到超市，大部分的同事也都住在Bordertown

P.S.城裡幾乎沒有華人，但想聯繫華人的話，也有幾戶華人房東可以交流，也有一些華人背包客，想練習英文或認識歐美各國的背包客可前往嘗試
