About the company
A global manufacturing and FMCG business based in Western Sydney, a great organisation know for its industry expertise in production and supply chain, through to the customer experience.
About the role
A true manufacturing and cost accounting role working with operations and finance, involving decision support, and high attention to detail around financial month end, this role has the ability to influence outcomes and the bottom line across this high volume and complex operation.
This role will absorb vast amounts of complex financial data, and provide financial reports to head office and commercial stakeholders to support the business.
This role requires an immediate start on a temporary basis for a period of 6-12 months. Further opportunity in the business is possible for the right candidates
Duties
- Month end financial reporting
- Cost based accounting
- Transfer pricing
- Liaise with financial and non-financial stakeholders across the business
Skills & Experience
- CPA qualified or working towards qualification
- Prior experience as a cost axccountant/analyst in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional financial reporting and accounting skills
- Ability to model complex financial data into a simple effective presentation to stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills

Junior Project Manager-IT
Our client, a leader within their industry, is looking for a delivery focused Junior Project Manager to implement multiple projects related to Cyber Security, Online Top-Ups for cards and an appointment booking system. This Project Manager will need to be proactive and take the initiative along with having the ability to navigate the political landscape of organisations and perform project management and business change management duties as directed.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices
- Manage project schedules, risks, plans, reports and deliver presentations
- Provide clear solutions to any issues that arise
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time
- Manage and liaise with business and technical stakeholders in defining scope and requirements
- Developing and maintaining project templates
-Change Management and stakeholder management
- Engage with variety of stakeholders technical and non-technical
Key skills/experience you need to have for this role:
- Experience with one of more of the following: Cyber Security, Online Top-Ups for cards and appointment booking system
- Strong EQ Skills (soft skills)
- IT or PMO experience
- High level stakeholder management and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver projects and manage risks and issues autonomously and only escalate when is crucial
- Strong attention to detail and skills working collaboratively
- Ability to deal with some ambiguity, yet still delivery quality outcomes
It is essential that candidates interested in the roles have the required skills and experience noted above. Experience in delivering projects successful project and the ability to focus on what is needed to be done to deliver the project are a must.
