How will I help?

Our Branch Managers are trusted locals therefore we’re looking for someone who understands & can build long lasting relationships in the local market. You’ll lead the way in shaping and growing 'their' business and will be the face of the branch you manage. You will lead, coach & motivate a small team of customer service & sales professionals.   You will also network with your community and be proud to represent Bank of Melbourne.

What do I need to succeed? 

Retail banking leadership experience is preferred; however we will also consider applicants with leadership experience gained from other industries such as retail or hospitality. We’re looking for an accomplished people leader with experience successfully managing and motivating sales and service teams. Equally important to our business is finding people with a passion for customer service and building & developing a successful team.
