Nicholas Tay

Nicholas Tay，新加坡人，持有澳洲绿卡，目前长居在西澳珀斯。Nicholas曾在银行业担任高管多年，最高职位为银行副总裁。28岁从银行业转入建筑设计行业，并在室内设计、建筑和项目管理方面积累了丰富的经验，主要客户为高净值人群、企业以及房地产开发商。之后，Nicholas与三位合伙人共同创办了一家房产开发公司，主导开发了多个房产项目，并为海外房产开发商提供项目管理服务。Nicholas在房地产行业浸润超过14年，于正式加入爱慕斯专业移民及房产开发公司（AIMS Immigration Specialist and Property Development），担任西澳分公司管理懂事一职。他目前的主要职责是帮助商业投资移民实现商业目标，尤其擅长运作西澳房产开发项目。

Mr. Nicholas Tay, a Singaporean and a permanent resident in Perth, had an illustrious careerin the banking sector. At the age of 28 years old, he left the bank as a Vice-President and entered into the design and construction industry. With his vast experiences in interior architecture, construction and project management, he dealt with high net-worth clienteles, corporate entities and property developers. Subsequently, Nicholas founded a property development company together with 3 other business partners, and the company had executed a couple of development projects and provided development management services to overseas property developers. With over 14 years of experience in the property-related industry, Nicholas now joins AIMS Immigration Specialist and Property Development as the Managing Director of Western Australia, and helps investors & business migrants in fulfilling their business needs, particularly the property development business in Western Australia.

Brandon Lee

Mr Brandon Lee Esponga is a registered migration agent lawyer and an Australian PR holder himself. He has over twelve years of experience in the migration industry. He started his career as a visa officer in different Australian Immigration overseas offices. He worked in the Immigration Section of the Australian Embassy in Manila, the Australian General Consulate in Dubai and the Australian High Commission in Fiji.

Fa Wang

Brandon 首先为大部分的在读生介绍了485（毕业工作签）, 190（州政府担保），189（独立技术移民）签证的具体内容以及具体要求。对于最近的技术移民变革包括新偏远地区签证以及技术移民的打分系统变革以及配偶移民改革，Brandon 也一一为学生们进行了讲解。

众所周知，英文成绩是技术移民中必不可少的，特别对于会计，工程等热门专业，大多数学生都需要4个8分的英文成绩。因此FA向所有同学们讲解了PTE考试要求和雅思的不同之处。
