2016年墨尔本大学广东同学会CSA committee招新啦！
Hello~感谢大家的加入和对CSA一直以来的支持！
CSA的全名为Cantonese Student Association，就是广东同学会了。
只要你对广东文化感兴趣、了解或者热爱，无论你的粤语流利与否，我们都欢迎你的加入！
我们目前正在招募社团各个部门的干事，包括我们的Event部门、Marketing部门、Sponsor部门、Culture部门、Secretary部门和Treasurer部门。
主页君在这里先道歉下。面试日期应该是3月2日星期三，请原谅眼盲手残的主页君。
作为新生freshmen或者对我们不熟悉的童鞋们表示--

这些部门具体负责什么呢？看下面介绍就知道了。
Event部门
- 负责策划组织举办社交性的活动，包括且不限于演讲、派对聚会、娱乐活动和文娱表演
（这可是是整个社团的主心骨哦！如果你擅长于此，我们十分欢迎你的加入！）
Marketing部门
- 负责设计活动海报和宣传单张
- 更新 MUCSA官方网页、微信、Instagram、Facebook和Youtube等社交平台（小编要顺便安利下我们Youtube的channel，不定时会po上我们各种活动的视频）
- 管理MUCSA网页
- 具有摄影和摄录的同学会更加受到青睐哦，加分项！
（有这些技能的同学不妨来CSA发挥下你的特长。）
Sponsorship部门
- 和其他组织团体（赞助商或合作伙伴）进行交流洽谈
- 谈判协商协议
- 起草、书写赞助计划书，合同
- 追踪接触赞助商
Culture部门
- 在我们社团特有的Cantonese class粤语班进行教学，可为讲师和助教TA
- 对广东和粤语文化要有足够的理解
Secretary部门
- 关注对于社团重要的一切信息的动向
- 注重细节、观察入微
- 善于聆听来自社团内外意见
Treasurer部门
- 管理社团经费
- 负责所有社内的支出费用
- 对数字敏感、擅长算数记账

【Committee Recruitment 2016】
Hi everyone, thank you for joining and continuously supporting us in 2016!!
We are currently recruiting committees for all departments (event, marketing, sponsor, cultural, secretary, treasurer).
Event
- Responsible for organising social activities, including but not limited to lectures, parties, entertainment events and art performance.
Marketing
- Responsible for designing event poster/flyer,
- Updating MUCSA Wechat, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
- Managing the MUCSA’s website
- Having photography / filming skills will be a bonus
Sponsorship
- Communicate with other organisations,
- Negotiation protocol,
- Proposal writing, contract writing
- Follow up with sponsors.
Cultural
- Sufficient Understanding of Canton culture
- Teaching in Cantonese Class
Secretary
- Keeping track of information about anything that’s important to the club.
- Pay attention to details
- Good listener
Treasurer
- Managing the club’s finance
- Responsible for all the payments within the club
- Good with numbers
