Case Assessors - Remediation Project (BIG 4 FIRM)

We are interested to hear from reliable, organised and hard-working individuals to join our case assessment team. Individuals will work in a target-orientated, time conscious environment, where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and to strict deadlines is a prerequisite.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong experience in supporting a team, organisational skills and an analytical mind.

The role:

• Start: 4th June 2018

• Rate: $250pd incl Super

• Location: Melbourne CBD

• Length: 6 month contract

A Case Assessor will be required to:

• Achieve or exceed performance targets in relation to quality and productivity for cases allocated

• Support a specific financial services investigation providing support to a high level of accuracy

• Prioritise daily personal workload to ensure a high quality deliverable is provided in a timely fashion

• Working as a member of a team to ensure personal and team objectives and service standards are consistently achieved

• Liaise with senior case assessors / Quality Assurance team to ensure correct application of prescribed assessment guidelines and appropriate business judgement applied for case assessment

• Ability to solve problems and manage personal workflow

Skills & Experience required

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable University in a relevant subject.

• Previous experience working in a professional environment, specifically financial services is a pre-requisite

• Any previous Investigation or dispute resolution experience would be specifically beneficial

• Consistently take responsibility for high quality, high output work and strong attention to detail

• The ability to clearly communicate with customers verbally and record conversation details accurately.
