Outline:

Session 1:

• Module 1: Introduction to strategic management accounting

The role of strategic management accounting, key changes;

Understanding and supporting management, critical role;

Management Accounting Systems, key contemporary concepts, tools and

techniques;

• 重点讲解Module 2: Creating organizational value

Business governance framework, Value creation etc.;

Strategic management, value analysis and SWOT, new approaches, key

activities and critical contributions;

Session 2 & 3:

• 重点讲解Module 3: Performance measurement

The key role of effective performance measurement and control systems;

Strategy, management control, and performance measurement;

Determining performance measures and setting performance targets;

• 着重讲解Module 4: Techniques for creating and managing value

Applying strategic management accounting concepts, tools and techniques

to the value chain；

Key components of strategic cost management and strategic profit

management;

Session 4:

• Module 5: Project management

Defined project management;

The roles involved in project management;

The strategic management accountant’s role in project selection,

project planning, project monitoring, project control, project

completion and review;

• Module 6: Case Study, 教材中的难点串讲，力求突出重点
