Salary：Competitive base salary + 12% super + bonus
Work Type：3 months contract（extend可能性极大）
About the role
We require a customer service champion with strong interpersonal providing superior client service. Using administrative skills to provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers in administering and delivering client outcomes. The team is highly motivated and driven by success and want to actively share their knowledge and experience to help you grow.
Duties
Client service: develop a detailed understanding of the client
Investments: Conduct trades and update within platforms
Administration: Preparation & collection of all documentation for set up & review
Ad hoc projects and responsibilities
Continual process/service review and improvement
Skills & Experience
RG146 qualified or desire to obtain
Intermediate understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry highly desirable
Strong client focus
High attention to detail / organisational skills
Problem solving
