About the role
This role will provide relationship-based service to inbound and outbound customers, applying for pre-arrival and/or new account establishment, assisting them to organise their banking requirements, including Internet Banking, and identifying additional financial needs, as they onboard with ANZ.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Mandarin and/ or Cantonese language capability is an advantage
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Concern for Quality and Standards
Computer literate
Strong customer service experience
Multilingual capability preferred
Experience in a Call Centre environment
