Online Marketing Guaduate

Accepted degree subjects: Marketing, Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, Management.

Location: Melbourne CBD

Contract and working hours: Permanent · Full-time

As a graduate, you will spend time in each of the 3 commercial areas within Online Marketing: Search, Display and Partner Management. You will gain experience across all facets of digital marketing in both direct and programmatic channels, including campaign setup, trafficking, reporting and optimisation. You will be exposed to the latest thinking in attribution modelling, will build upon your strengths in analysis and be expected to use data to inform campaign, partner and media recommendations to drive adoption of IG’s core products across all our major markets in APAC. You will gain experience working closely with internal partners in management, compliance, trading services, dealing and finance as well as an array of 3rd party partners whose platforms make up IG’s marketing technology stack.

We’re looking for people with a passion for delivering world-class digital marketing activities and who aren’t afraid to innovate and try new things – building on successes and learning from mistakes. A love for problem solving is important when marketing sophisticated financial products across diverse geographies and regulatory environments. It is essential that you who have a good grounding in finance, economics or maths and an interest in learning more about financial markets.

This entry level role is ideal for recent graduates with strong interpersonal skills seeking work in a fast-paced, challenging and team-focused environment.

By joining IG through a graduate position you will spend around 12 months developing a deep understanding of our clients, products and business. You will gain a deep understanding of how we;

Develop our products and platforms
Market to clients and prospects
Deliver the best possible service
Process client trades
Manage the risks across our business
Manage our business finances
