Duties and responsibilities include:

• Deliver quality training and undertake relevant assessment activities in accordance with unit requirements and the learning needs of students
  

• Prepare course materials in accordance with the unit requirements of the training packages;

• Analyse students' assessments and provide feedback to improve their learning outcomes;

• Report to the Director of Studies regarding students' academic progress, attendance and other academic issues.

The ideal candidate needs to possess:

• MUST have NAATI accredited Professional or Paraprofessional level interpreting qualification in the language stream of Chinese and English.
  

• Holding minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.

• Previous teaching experience preferred.

• Long term commitment for teaching.

• Willing to train, mark and write assessments.

• Have good communication skills.

• Approachable and friendly personality with a flexible approach to work.
