Production Administration Assistant
Marketing/Events Assistant (casual)
Salary: START FROM LEGAL PAYMENT PLUS super AND workcover
Working hours: 1-3 days per week, the third week of each month schedule next month
Job requirement:
Ÿ Need to have a driver's license and vehicle
Ÿ Ielts 5.5 or above,
Ÿ Fluent in English and Chinese communication skill
Ÿ Good customer service and communications
Ÿ Strong coordination ability and team cooperation consciousness
Ÿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ÿ Proven experience in administration and potentially event management support
Ÿ Highly analytical with the ability to translate data trends into actionable business opportunities.
Ÿ Track record of practicing effective customer care
Ÿ Good attention to detail
Ÿ PR is preferred
Ÿ Interest in sales is preferred.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of marketing, events and communications for the customer
2. Help to organize events across the LEP area and China market
3. Provide support to identify new content and update information on the organisation’s website
4. Contribute to, and help to develop, project plans and overall marketing strategy
5. Provide support to the Head of Communication & Connectivity
6. Provide administrative support to other members of the team as necessary
7. Other duties as assigned.
Brand/Media Assistant (casual)
Job description:
Providing administrative and clerical support. Help build rapport with clients and media outlets. Assisting in implementing, monitoring and troubleshooting media projects.
Salary: START FROM LEGAL PAYMENT PLUS super AND workcover
Working hours: 1-3 days per week, the third week of each month schedule next month
Job requirement:
Ÿ Need to have a driver's license and vehicle

Ÿ Familiarity with brand and media planning

Ÿ Proven experience as a Media Assistant or other administration role is preferred

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Help media buyers and planners develop, execute and monitor media plans
2. Prepare reports, letters and other paperwork
3. Conduct research to collect useful media data
4. Resolve issues and help build strong relationships with media outlets
5. Cooperate with media interview, participate in related activities, release media interview draft, press release, activity draft, etc
6. Other duties as assigned.
Sommelier (casual)
Salary: START FROM LEGAL PAYMENT PLUS super AND workcover
Working hours: 1-3 days per week, the third week of each month schedule next month
Job requirement:
Ÿ With a wine related professional education;
Ÿ Have a WSET III certificate
Ÿ Experience working with client and vendors.
Ÿ Experience with speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ÿ Experience with working successfully under tight deadlines.
Ÿ Fluent in English and Chinese communication skill
Ÿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ÿ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ÿ Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Publisher, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisted the team to complete the monthly wine tasting activities;
2. Responsible for the business promotion activities with the cooperative companies and the wine tasting exchange held by the company;
3. Responsible for the reception of customers' wine merchants, providing consulting services, answering customers' questions, and improving customers' wine appreciation ability;
4. Responsible for wine activities, organized and planned wine parties, and participated in the execution of sommelier related work;
5. Write wine and wine related documents for organisation’s brand department and customer need.
