 Court order 

 法庭命令 



Court orders are the way the decisions or judgments of judicial officers are described. They can include:

an order made after a hearing by a judicial officer, or

an order made after parties who have reached their own agreement have applied to a court for consent orders. Consent orders, if they become a formal court order, have the same status as if the order had been made after a hearing by a judicial officer.

When an order is made, each person bound by the order must follow it.

(社区矫正令/社区惩戒令)


A community corrections order is a flexible order that allows you to serve your sentence in the community. These court orders have at least one condition attached. These conditions differ according to the kind of offence you have been found guilty of and your particular circumstances.

 Intervention order 

(干预令)


An intervention order (previously known as a restraining order) is a court order which prohibits a person (the defendant) from behaving in a particular manner towards a protected person (or persons). In addition to acting as a restraint on the behaviour of the defendant, they can also direct the defendant to comply with certain directions. In short, any measures that are deemed necessary to protect the protected person or persons can be made the terms of an intervention order

 Interim order

(临时法令)



Interim orders are temporary orders while the Court makes its decision. They are usually made when there is an urgent issue that needs action while the court process is going on.

You may need orders to deal with an issue while the court process is underway. For example, you may need orders regarding who pays the mortgage.

Interim orders stay in place until your final orders are made or you register an Agreement with the Court.

You can apply for interim orders:
At the same time as you apply for final orders
At any time during the court process.

 Enforcement order

an order requiring a person to comply with an obligation, including an enforcement warrant, a third party debt notice and an order varying an enforcement order

Every direction or mandate of a judge or a court which is not a judgment or legal opinion (although both may include an order) directing that something be done or that there is prohibition against some act
