Key requirements
Qualifications/Skills
A degree in marketing, business or a related field is essential.
Completion of other courses on marketing, science, the pharmaceutical industry, digital media or handling the media are preferred.
Well-developed computer skills with Excel, Word and Power Point, Photoshop and other graphic design packages.
Specific Industry Experience
1+ years of experience in marketing field from manufacture or agency.
From FMCG or related industry background. Industries of (but not limit to) Infant/ Mum & Baby categories, nutrition, Cosmetic, Food, snacks or China related marketing agencies/ distributor background is a bonus.
Experience of China cross border business or marketing is preferred.
Understand and familiar with China digital world and trend (wechat, weibo, Tmall etc.)
Key Selection Criteria
Sound time management and coordination skills;
Able to build and maintain close and constructive working relationships;
Self-motivated and results driven, not deterred by barriers or initial failure;
Ability to work hard, to meet deadlines and without close supervision;
Able to set priorities and stick with them for successful outcomes;
Outstanding verbal and written communication. Great listening ability.
