Client Services Coordinator / PA

We are looking for an Client Service Coordinator / PA to provide administrative and office support, and act as an PA to two Partners. 


The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Extensive daily diary, correspondence and email management;

  • Administrative support to our Business Advisory team;

  • Detailed travel arrangements;

  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders; 

  • Tax Administration support, including lodgements;

  • Overflow from other CSC team members; and

  • Client hospitality.


Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a PA/EA;

  • Experience within Financial/Professional Services (tax and corporate advisory highly regarded);

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Meticulous attention to detail;

  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar highly regarded;

  • Familiarity with APS and MYOB;

  • Experience with electronic document management systems, such as Virtual Cabinet; 

  • Driven and self-motivated;

  • Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required;

  • Resilient and mature outlook

We are seeking an Internal Audit Senior with 3-5 years experience, who is committed to professional growth and who has a strong foundation of experience in Internal Audit.  Experience in a professional services environment is essential.


The successful candidate must have full access to a motor vehicle and a driver’s license to legally drive in Australia.
