XP Education创始人：Xiaoping Li
身为墨尔本大学商学院Head Tutor的Xiaoping Li也曾获得了FBE Dean's Excellent in Tutoring Award等诸多荣誉, 有着丰富的教学经验。与此同时，他也是非常成功的investment banker和professional trader。他曾经6创办了自己的投资公司并取得了非常棒的成绩，但是，他始终不能舍弃在教育行业方面的热情，希望用自己的能力、资源和经验帮助他的充分学生挖掘潜力，完成他们的梦想！

Tutor介绍----John 张旭
作为XP Education的Acting head of management，John有着丰富的教学经验以及出众的教学技巧。在加入XP Education之前，John曾在某知名补习机构任职OB教师，其双语教学收到广大学生的亲睐。
个人成就：2012年悉尼泰勒学院（Taylor’s College）高考状元（Dux）以及student leader，取得最高的ATAR成绩考入The University of Melbourne，获得2012年Taylor’s College outstanding academic scholarship. 同年收到世界排名第四的英国名校The University College London的offer，但最终选择The University of Melbourne就读。
－2014年organizational behavior取得High H1 的成绩，获得Head of department of University of Melbourne的书信祝贺。
－墨尔本第一届华人政客选拔节目《超级领袖》：以最小的年纪晋级最后八强决赛
－墨尔本大学中华辩论队成员,曾多次参加维省四校辩论赛以及全澳八校辩论赛
