ICT Helpdesk Support Officer
Mentone Grammar is a dynamic ELC-Year 12 co-educational School. The School is on one site and is structured into 4 campuses – Eblana (ELC to Year 4), Bayview (Years 5 to 8), Greenways (Year 9) and Frogmore (Years 10 to 12).
Due to its rapid growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Casual ICT Helpdesk Support Officer at Mentone Grammar.
Working in a collaborative team environment, the ICT Helpdesk Support Officer will be the first point of contact for staff and students on a range of ICT support matters (software and hardware).
This is a hands-on role that will see you involved in face to face, telephone and online support.
The successful candidate will possess not only the relevant technical skills, but must have strong customer service ethic, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into clear messages. We are seeking a person with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
This position involves some occasional out of hours work.
Other information
The incumbent will be required to hold a current Employee Working with Children Check.
