Experienced Barista/ Bartender 

Alfonsino’sPorchetta Bar and Pizzeria is seeking a hardworking and passionate barista/bartender to join our team. You must have a passion for Italian cuisine and beenthusiastic about learning about our menu and coffee. 

Tobe successful in this role the applicant will possess 

·Friendly and outgoing personality with initiativeand drive. 

·Experience as a barista is a must, bartender experience preferredbut not essential. 

·Knowledge of how to operate and adjust manual grinders. 

·The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment andbeing focused on always producing a coffee/cocktail of highest standard. 

·High standard of self presentation and hygiene. 

·Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster includingweek days, evenings and weekends. 

·Possess a RSA certificate valid in the NT. 

Youwill receive in-house training on how to use our lever coffee machine and howto produce the authentic Italian coffee. Training on cocktail making will beprovided.
