Dr Geoff Raby AO was Australia’s Ambassador to China from 2007 to 2011. After 27 years in the public service, he completed his Ambassadorial term and resigned to establish Geoff Raby and Associates in 2011, a Beijing-based strategic advisory company.

He currently serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of ASX-listed companies, Yancoal, Oceanagold, and Netlinkz.  He was also as an independent director with Fortescue Metals Group, 2011-17.

He is Chair of the Murdoch University’s Vice Chancellors Advisory Board, Western Sydney University’s Australia-China Institute of Arts and Culture, and VisAsia at the Gallery of NSW; he is a member of the Board of the Garvan Foundation.

In 2019, his donation of his personal collection of Chinese Contemporary Art was La Trobe University’s biggest gift of cultural philanthropy.

Between 2002 and 2006, he was Deputy Secretary in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), with responsibilities for north-east Asia and international trade negotiations.   He has held a number of other senior positions in DFAT, including APEC Ambassador (2002-2004), First Assistant Secretary, International Organisations and Legal Division (2001-2002), Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organisation, Geneva (1998-2001), First Assistant Secretary, Trade Negotiations Division (1995-1998). He was head of the Trade Policy Issues Division in the OECD in Paris during 1993-95.  He was First Secretary (Economic) and subsequently Counsellor (Economic) in Australia’s Embassy in Beijing, 1986-1991.  He joined the Office of National Assessments as its China economic analyst in 1984.

In 2002, he was made a member of Chile’s Order of Bernhard O’Reilly (Chile’s highest medal for citizens) for services to international trade and agricultural liberalization.  In 2010, he was made La Trobe University’s Inaugural Distinguished Alumni.

In recognition of his contributions to advancing relations between Australia and China and his contribution to multilateral trade diplomacy, Dr Raby was awarded the Order of Australia in June 2019.

在此之前，在外交贸易部担任过多个要职，包括澳大利亚外交贸易部副部长(2002年－2006），国际组织和法律司司长（2001-2002），常驻世界贸易组织代表和大使（日内瓦，1998-2001），以及贸易谈判司司长 (1995-1998)。2002年11月至2004年12月任澳大利亚”亚太经济合作组织”（APEC）大使。1993年至1995年，芮捷锐博士曾在巴黎担任”经济合作与发展组织（OECD）贸易政策问题司司长。

2002年，他因对国际贸易和农业自由化的贡献而被授予智利的伯恩哈德·奥雷利勋章(智利对公民的最高奖章)。2010年，他被任命为拉筹伯大学首任杰出校友。

鉴于他为推动中澳关系和多边贸易外交作出的贡献，Raby博士于2019年6月被授予澳大利亚勋章。

Jason is a strong and experienced education professional who is passionate about improving education systems in China. Jason has 26 years of experience in the education sector, of which he has worked for seven years in China. During this time, he has been named Centre Principal of the Year twice by Dipont Education.

Jason was promoted to the role of Deputy Director of Academics, where he was responsible for ten AP centres across China. In this role he worked with principals on not only setting targets, but also achieving these targets. Jason valued professional development and implemented staff professional development and principal professional development opportunities. He performed this role for two years and received evaluations of 3.8/4.0 and 3.9/4.0.

In August 2019, Jason began a new role as Principal of the primary school, international division at Soong Ching Ling. Jason began an extensive curriculum review and began to revise the curriculum following the UbD model.  

Jason is committed to remaining in China in an educational leadership role, and will use his experiences, education, and background to improve education systems for both staff and students to get the most of their education. 

Jason’s commitment to lifelong learning to further enhance his skills within his industry is evident through his completion of a Master’s in Education (School Leadership) and beginning doctoral studies in online and distance education.

在2019年8月，Jason开始了一个新的职位，在上海宋庆龄学校担任国际部小学校长。他开始了全方面的课程梳理，并按照以理解为先的设计理念来进行课程优化。

Jason决心以教育管理者的角色继续留在中国，并利用他的经验、教育和背景知识来帮助教师和学生去改善教育体系。

为了践行自己终身教育的理念，他完成了国际教育专业（学校管理）的硕士课程，并且也开始参加远程线上的博士学位课程。

As the Section Chief of Investment Promotion Bureau of Xishan Economic & Technological Development Zone (ETDZ), I assist investors to establish a presence in Wuxi, which includes connecting with the local resources such as business partners, land, workshops, etc.

I’ve introduced many investors to develop region economy, including Kempe as the first Australia WFOE, Parker Hannifin (USA) 2 Plants with investment of $99.8 million/20 million, Goodman (Australia) with investment of $99.8 million, Impro (USA) with investment of $500 million, Norma (German) with investment of€30 million, HAWE Hydraulic (German) with investment of RMB 1 billion, Oerlikon (German) with investment of €22.5 million.

I network with many industry leaders and had been fortunate to travel overseas to promote Wuxi city, including 2009 and 2015 Wuxi Melbourne Investment Seminars. I was nominated as the Best Worker of Wuxi 2009 and multiple times for Best Employee of of Xishan ETDZ.

During COVID-19 epidemic, I worked 24/7 to update latest polices to enterprises, helped to set up control measurements, get protective sets, coordinate home/hotel quarantine and donated masks both in Wuxi and abroad. Many GM sent us letters of Thanks and shared moved stories.

新冠期间，24小时工作确保政策第一时间送达，协助建立防疫体系、采购防疫物资、协调居家和集中隔离，向外企及其母公司捐赠口罩。

During early stage of Jing’s career in the financial sector, he facilitated the first wave of Chinese IPOs on the Australian stock exchange in his capacity as a corporate analyst. He also cofounded Adelaidebbs.com in 2008, the most successful Chinese community media in South Australia at the time and remain one of the most successful today.

In 2013, Jing was appointed Director China Strategy with the State Government of South Australia. After three years, South Australia’s China Strategy was praised by the Ambassadors of both countries as the best practice for state level engagement. During that time Jing directly contributed to many prominent projects such as:

• The direct flight from Guangzhou to Adelaide by China Southern and the settlement of Bank of China Adelaide Branch in 2016

• The Rejuvenation of Shandong South Australia sister state relationship and 

• South Australia’s largest ever outbound mission with 315 delegates and a comprehensive program. 

In 2016 Jing was appointed Director for International Investment and sat on several government and business boards and committees. He continued to facilitate many trade and investment deals originated from China in his current role as the Principal Consultant of JOID International Consulting.

Jing won the 2018 Golden Wattle Award – Australia’s top 10 Chinese Youths acknowledged by the Prime Minister of Australia, along with his peers.

2016年，李晶先生被委任为国际招商主任，并且在之后担任多个政府和企业的董事会、理事会成员。目前，作为君道国际咨询的首席顾问，李晶先生继续为中澳之间的贸易投资事业奋斗。

李晶先生是2018年金合欢奖（澳大利亚10大杰出华人青年）得主，他和同伴们都获得了莫里森总理的贺信。

In June 2019, Ying successfully initiated the first Australia- China bilateral conversation in philanthropy. Ying organized and facilitated a roundtable meeting between East West Philanthropy Forum and Philanthropy Australia. During the meeting, Ying was appointed the Chief Representative ANZ of East West Philanthropy Forum.

In March 2020, Ying co-founded Impact  the Future Giving Circle which is the first Chinese giving circle registered under Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation，and also the first Chinese giving circle in Australia.

From 2019-2020, Ying invested and participated in several business projects which would create positive social impact in a range of areas including biomedicine, wastewater treatment, education and training, and maternal and child health.

2019年6月，陈颖连接了东西方慈善论坛与澳大利亚慈善协会，协助举办了澳中慈善界具有划时代意义的中澳慈善家圆桌会议；会议上，被东西方慈善论坛授予澳新首席代表的荣誉头衔。

2020年3月，陈颖联合发起了影响未来慈善捐赠圈。影响未来是市长慈善基金会旗下首个华裔子基金，同时也是全澳首个由华裔青年组成的慈善捐赠圈。

2019年-2020年，陈颖投资和参与了数个具有社会影响力的澳中跨国商业项目，涉及生物制药，污水处理，教育培训，母婴保健等领域。
