今天早上，近期递交材料的WHVer们陆续收到了一封群发邮件，内容如下。具体我就不逐一翻译了，文末有总结。

Dear Work and Holiday visa applicant,

We are writing to you to inform you of some changes in relation to health requirements that will be taking place from 20 November 2015.

Applicants who will be staying in Australia for more than 6 months will be required to undertake both a chest x-ray and a medical examination to meet the requirements for the grant of a visa.

We are contacting you as you may be affected by these changes.

Your medical letter currently indicates that you need to undertake a chest x-ray.

If you undertake your chest x-ray before 20 November 2015 you will not be affected by these changes.

However if you undertake your health checks from 20 November 2015 onwards then you will be required to under both a chest x-ray and medical examination.

Please ensure you notify the panel doctor that you are applying for a visa for a period of 12 months stay so they undertake the correct health checks.

Please note that if you do not undertake the correct health checks this may result in a further visit to a panel doctor before a visa can be finalised.

总结：

今天的邮件意思就是说如果你打算在澳洲待着超过6个月，那么501和502都要做，所以显然是针对所有申请者的（除非你能证明逗留低于6个月，比如6个月内的返程机票或者其他国家学校的入学通知之类，我猜的）。

如果你在今天之前收到体检邮件并且做完了体检，那么恭喜你，只要X光胸透（502）即可；如果你还没有收到体检邮件，或者之前收到邮件但是没有安排体检，那么很遗憾，胸透和全身体检两项都要做。

之前收到邮件但是没有安排体检的同学，肯定是两项都要做了。至于体检信的问题，我估计移民局那边会重新发送一封；如果没有重新发送，依然还是要检查两项的，通知里面关于这一点没有疑义。

这意味着体检费用又要高出一笔，加上之前增加的成绩单的要求，澳洲WHV似乎越往后要求越多的节奏，而且都是临时突击通知。对此，我只想说两个字：呵呵。
