Broker Business Development Manager

岗位职责

Your overall responsibility is to build and establish the broker distribution channel to support new business growth Australia countrywide. Additionally, you will:

◾ Market and promote company's loan products and services

◾ Establish effective broker relationships

◾ Identify and meet the needs of brokers & their clients

◾ Get involved in personal development days, conferences and other marketing opportunities

职位要求

Your strong attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be paramount to your success in the role. Additionally, you will:

◾ In depth knowledge of retail lending

◾ Proven sales track record in a similar role

◾ Exceptional communication and public speaking

◾ Strong relationship management skills, creating and maintaining mutual beneficial relationships at all levels

◾ Can speak fluent Chinese.

◾ Have excellent communication and organisation skills

◾ Display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

◾ Have a pro-active and hard-working mentality
