Mary River Roadhouse is urgently seeking 2 staff members, to function as part of a small team. We need someone with experience in Yardie, cleaning, kitchen hand, bar work, shop. For this work you will get good hourly $ rate, 2 meals on the days you work, free air conditioned self contained accommodation. We need people who are prepared to stay for the buildup and wet season. Mary River Roadhouse is situated on the Kakadu Highway about 58 k's north of Pine Creek, and about 185 k's south east of Darwin. We are 150 k's from Katherine. Situated just outside the southern gateway to Kakadu National Park, which is a World Heritage listed park, you can explore Kakadu in you time off. You will need a reliable motor vehicle to get around as there is no public transport available. If you are a couple we will try to give you both a day off together once a fortnight, and arrange you partners time off with your shifts. Each day you will receive a staff drink and if you need other items from he shop you will get them at a reduced price.
