Quality Assurance Officer

$34.40 per hour + Super
Top 4 Bank | Melbourne CBD
Temporary ongoing role | Full time hours

This is a full time role for 3-6 months with the view to extend. Working Holiday Visa's accepted.

Your new role
Working as part of the QA team, your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking analysis of customer and financial institution due diligence data in line with AML compliance policies and obligations for enhanced due diligence.
Enable capture of financial crime insight and intelligence.
Providing a high standard of assurance on customer and client details.
Liaising with other areas within the organisation to provide feedback.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality assurance process is executed correctly.
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and AML regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous AML, CDD or KYC experience (mandatory)
Previous quality assessing, checking or remediation experience (mandatory)
Previous experience in banking and handling financial information.
Sound knowledge of due diligence and information integrity.
A high level of attention to detail.
A proven ability to work within a team environment.
