About this Role
The fulltime permanent Sales Manager role works closely in support of the Managing Director and is responsible for significantly growing accounts and managing relationships with strategic business partners, media companies and universities.
This role requires a highly motivated professional and experienced sales person that can successfully implement and maintain agreed sales & marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales & market share growth in line with business plans and budgets.
To maintain a high level of activity in the field to ensure the individual and team sales target on a monthly basis.
Sales pitch and presentation for products in seminar, workshop, networking functions, etc.
Conduct professional and highly engaging sales presentations to reach business targets and objectives.
Source, qualify and secure new business opportunities
Support the sales team on a day to day basis and respect all points of view.
Lead the team to reach individual and team objectives and targets in a collaborative approach.
Coach the sales team to enhance sales competencies and skills.
Cooperate with Marketing team to identify the client need and transform to result driven communication and activities.
Report on market and competitor activity once a month
Report of sales activities and achievement once a week
Track number of leads generated from various marketing channels.
Lead the sales team to maintain up-to-date client contact records within Infinity database to support sales and marketing activities
Pay attention to detail and respond to all client/team emails, phone calls, and WeChat messages.
Take on any other relevant projects/duties as specified by Managing Director .
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you need to have
At least 2 years sales experience in education & training, immigration services, consulting and recreation industry
Proven success in sales, marketing, or BD area
Proven sales ability in dealing with client such as international students, new migrants or young professionals
Flexibility to work in occasional evenings for sales event or exhibition purpose when required
Experience with sales & marketing approaches via various social media channels (WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Proficiency in professional presentation that result in achievement of sales outcome
Proficient in both English and Mandarin
Tertiary education in Business (desirable)
Understand of different industry’s recruitment need (desirable)
Experience of people manager of small team (desirable)
Eligible working visa (Australian PR or Citizen preferred)
