Chefs

We are seeking a experienced and highly driven chef who has a passion for creating innovative menus and exploring new food techniques.

· FULL-TIME PERMANENT ROLE

· REGIONAL VICTORIA

THE ROLE

- Complete responsibiltiy for all Kitchen Operations at working venue

- Ensure adequate supplies of foodstock and required items are available for service. Order, stocktake and reconcile all items and purchase order receipts. Ensure effective stock rotation.

- Ensure all operating equipment is in good working order, reporting any faults, repairs or cleaning to the appropriate personnel.

THE COMPANY

· Highly regarded local hair designer with a proven track record of success

· Have a diverse and fast growing client base across Victoria

· Have numerous seccessful results

YOU

- Qualified with the relevant trade certificates

- Experience is preferable but not enssential, overseas experience will also be considered

- Maintaining food service standards and presentation

- Stock controling and menu costing
- Keep cleanliness of kitchen environment
