刚刚七点多的时候，我的邮箱收到了澳洲移民局发来的邮件，内容如下

UNCLASSIFIED

Dear client,

The Australian Government’s Work and Holiday program for 2015-16 is soon closing.  We have a limited number of places still available and we are offering the chance to apply for a visa to those candidates who have previously expressed an interest but may not have attended their allocated appointment time.

If you:

• are still interested in applying for an Australian Work and Holiday visa, and

• have your application documents ready, including evidence of required English ability, and

• are able to attend one of our Australian Visa Application Centres (AVACs) to lodge your application by Friday 3 July

please reply to this email before 12 o’clock midday Tuesday 31 May 2016, including your full name, date of birth, passport number and contact telephone number. 

An officer of the Australian Consulate General in Guangzhou will then contact candidates by telephone during the afternoon of Tuesday 31 May 2016 to arrange a suitable appointment time. If you are not contacted by telephone this will mean that your expression of interest has not been successful.

Please do not reply to this email unless you meet all the criteria above.

邮件的意思是说，如果你依然对澳洲WHV感兴趣，而且材料齐全的话（尤其是英语成绩），同时在7月3号之前的时间能去签证中心递签的话，就可以直接回复邮箱报名。

回复邮件内容：姓名、生日、护照号以及手机号

回复邮件截止时间：2016.05.31 中午12点之前

如果成功，签证中心会有专门的人员在5.31下午联系你，确认合适的递交材料的时间（to arrange a suitable appointment time）。

我的理解是每个邮箱只能回复一个人的资料，而且应该会是按照先到先得的原则，所以各位收到邮件的同学抓紧回复自己的信息。
