Responsibilities:

Gathering & understanding requirements from the customers.
Drafting Business Requirement Documentation for project specifications.
Develop a critical understanding of clients operations and systems
Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Communicate business requirement specifications to the development team and work with them to scope feasibility of required change; communicate the same to customers.
Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for various updates in Gensuite applications if required
Provide Application Specific training to Gensuite subscribers
Troubleshoot / escalate the user inquiries timely via email, phone or other tracking tools.

Education:

B.E / B.Tech degree in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, and computer-related training

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, or equivalent experience
1-3 years relevant experience, highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management, organization, and project skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic computer troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of HTML and web-based software solutions
Experience writing queries involving multiple tables from MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired

We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to carry out and improve existing processes and uncover trends to help our business and our customers make data-informed decisions. We want to explore recruitment trends and understand how to deliver the best candidate experience.

Practical experience with complex data analysis and insights

Regular tasks include:

Scoping and preparing weekly and monthly customer reports
Cleaning and analysing past applicant and recruitment data
Supporting the Customer Success team for setup and launch

Our ideal candidate will have:

STEM degree with emphasis on Maths and Statistics
At least 12 months professional work experience
