Education Admissions

A leading education consulting firm with a Branch office located in the CBD is looking for full-time Admissions Officers to join the office's service based team.

It is a rare opportunity to work with this market leader -- ideal for the ones looking to begin their careers in Education, one of Australia's largest export industries. This is a service oriented position aiming to provide a high level of professional admissions skills as well as personal services.

This is a challenging and rewarding position for experienced admin staff who can handle a high volume of paperwork and correspondence.

  

Role & Responsibility

  • Process school applications and enrollments

  • Liaison and relationship building with institutions

  • Visa lodgement

  • Offer a range of support services for students including career and migration assistance

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, deal with general queries from the public and clients. Support consultants in customer service.

  • Support other marketing events and administrative activities. Assist with the smooth running of the office.

  

The Applicant:

Essential:

  • Australian citizen, PR

  • Highly efficient and great time management skills

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Prior work experience in admin related roles

  • Degree holder

  • Fast learner with a positive "can-do" attitude

  • NAATI Chinese into English translation credential preferred

  • Local experience in office environment will be an advantage

  • Sophisticated language skills in English and Chinese (IELTS overall band score of 7 or above)

  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus

6、有互联网编辑或销售型文案写作经验者优先
